Warranty Terms
We sell refurbished devices and carry out computer repairs. Both services come with a warranty.
Grade A — 6-month warranty
Grade A devices are in excellent condition. They show small visible signs of use and have been fully tested and serviced before sale.
Grade B — 6-month warranty
Grade B devices are in good condition. They show visible signs of normal wear from use. All devices have been fully tested and serviced before sale.
C-kunto — 3 kuukauden takuu
Grade C devices show clear signs of use and may have defects that are mentioned in the listing. They function normally and have been tested and maintained before sale, but the price reflects their condition.
Repair services — 3-month warranty
All refurbished computers undergo a thorough service and come with a 3-month warranty. If the device fails during the warranty period, it can be returned for repair free of charge. A partial refund may also be possible on a case-by-case basis, or the device may be replaced with another. The warranty does not cover damage caused by careless handling, unpredictable conditions (such as lightning), user-caused faults, or software issues resulting from user actions. We are also not responsible for indirect costs; only the warranted device itself is covered. The warranty begins on the date of purchase. An unjustified return will incur a €20 inspection fee plus any shipping costs. Before returning a product, please submit a complaint by email to ekonetti@outlook.com or call +358 401 932246.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers hardware faults that arise under normal use during the warranty period. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, liquid damage, software problem or unauthorised modifications. If a covered fault appears, get in touch and we will repair or replace the device.
